text-align: left;">這一幕發(fā)生在河北省承德市隆化縣存瑞社區(qū)——在這個以董存瑞烈士名字命名的社區(qū)，坐落著一間小小的法官工作站?！胺ü仝s集”、“年味普法”、法治講座……一系列的法治宣傳活動，讓法官走出法庭，走到人民群眾當中去，讓百姓在家門口就能享受到便捷的司法服務(wù)，這是存瑞社區(qū)法官工作站設(shè)立的初衷。</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img src="http://www.shangrongsuo.com/newzt/images/2023-11/06/8923788_271cebfe-ac92-426a-8b07-6e3cce4dc1decopy.jpg" style="" title=""/></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;">2022年初，承德市中級人民法院創(chuàng)新提出構(gòu)建“一村一法官、一社區(qū)一法官、一校一法官”的“三個一”工作機制，隆化縣人民法院聞令而動，率先在存瑞社區(qū)設(shè)立了法官工作站。一塊寫有包聯(lián)法官姓名、聯(lián)系方式、工作職責的便民公示牌，一條“依法調(diào)解、公平公正”的多元解紛標語，一位親切隨和的特邀調(diào)解員，是法官工作站的“標配”。通過深入社區(qū)、服務(wù)下沉，來保障轄區(qū)群眾在遇到矛盾糾紛時能“見得到人、聯(lián)系得通、辦得了事”。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;">2023年3月22日，某小區(qū)住戶反映其屋內(nèi)冬季取暖溫度不達標，并導(dǎo)致墻面掛水發(fā)霉、窗戶結(jié)冰等問題。了解情況后，存瑞社區(qū)法官工作站包聯(lián)法官黃玲玲與特邀調(diào)解員林瑩立即就社區(qū)房屋質(zhì)量問題進行走訪。經(jīng)過多次現(xiàn)場勘察和調(diào)解，3月31日，居民、物業(yè)公司、開發(fā)公司等各方最終確定了可行的施工方案，成功避免了解約、退房等情況的發(fā)生。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;">“社區(qū)法官工作站就要想社區(qū)所想、急百姓所急，讓法官走出法庭，把矛盾糾紛化解在家門口，司法服務(wù)延伸到最前端?！甭』ㄔ狐h組書記、院長王艷軍說道。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-align: left;">“小”物業(yè)關(guān)系“大”民生。在法官工作站的不懈努力下，一年來，隆化法院存瑞社區(qū)法官工作站訴前化解物業(yè)糾紛2000余件。今年1至8月，共受理物業(yè)糾紛案件255件次，同比下降80.4%，轄區(qū)營商環(huán)境得到優(yōu)化，群眾滿意度和舒適度不斷攀升。</p><!--enpproperty <articleid>8923788</articleid><date>2023-11-06 19:40:40:0</date><author></author><title>小小社區(qū)法官工作站托起居民“穩(wěn)穩(wěn)的幸福”
